⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5 Stars – Outstanding Work, Fair Pricing & Great Customer Service I wanted to take a moment to recognize Drew with Gutters Plus Soffit & Fascia for an outstanding experience from beginning to end. Funny enough, this project actually started with us looking into having a French drain installed in our backyard. Whenever we would get one of those heavy Florida downpours, water would collect around our back patio and cause flooding. We received a quote from Sunrise Irrigation for approximately $20,000 to install a French drain. Yeah... NOPE! There was absolutely no way I was spending $20,000 without exploring other options. Our irrigation technician took a look at the situation and said, “Andre, you don't need a French drain. You need gutters.” He referred us to Drew, and I'm certainly glad he did. Drew came out for the consultation right on time. He was professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain why the patio was flooding and how properly installed gutters could redirect the rainwater away from the house and patio and out toward the perimeter of the yard. There was no pressure and no attempt to sell us something we didn't need. Because I was traveling, we scheduled the installation for about two weeks later. The finished product? WOW. The craftsmanship looks fantastic. We have a black metal roof, and the gutters integrate so seamlessly with it that they look like they were always part of the house. That's exactly what we wanted. Drew also worked with us throughout the process, listened to what we were trying to accomplish, and made adjustments along the way to get everything exactly where we wanted it. The installation took approximately four hours, and the entire project came in at just over $1,000. Compare that with the $20,000 French drain quote we originally received. That's a pretty significant difference! What impressed me just as much as the workmanship was the customer service. From our first conversation through the consultation, scheduling, installation, and follow-up communication, Drew was responsive, professional, respectful, and straightforward. He didn't overcharge us or try to take advantage of the situation. In today's economic climate, when seemingly everything costs a small fortune, I really appreciate someone who provides quality work at a fair price. When the job was finished, everything was cleaned up and left looking great. Now comes the ultimate Florida test: the next big storm front! ️⛈️ I'm looking forward to seeing these gutters in action, moving all that roof runoff away from the patio and out toward the grass where it belongs. Based on the quality of the installation, I have no doubt they'll do exactly what they're supposed to do.
